We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We guarantee and accept returns on all non-custom merchandise purchased from our store as long as the product is in its original condition with tags and packaging.
"Original condition", as it applies to wearable products and horse blankets, also means that the product can not look, smell, or feel like it has been used. Even a very slight hint that a horse blanket has been used means the product is in "used" condition and we can not accept it as a return.
You do not need our approval/authorization/RMA to return products to us. If you are doing an exchange, just order your new items through our website and then request a refund for your old items separately.
How to return products:
- Package your items for shipping. Be sure to include a copy of your original receipt or packing slip showing what you paid for the items (a printout of your order confirmation email works too)
- We recommend using Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (keep the tracking number) so we can be sure of the status of your package. DO NOT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE. Ship your package to the following address:

As long as your returned items are in like-new condition, your refund will be credited to the account used to pay for the original order within two weeks. *Please do not contact us to check on the status of your return unless this two week period has passed - our returns are processed in batch and we won't have any information for you.*
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on custom products if what was chosen and ordered was delivered. This includes any custom blankets, trunks, bridle racks, saddle racks, bags, etc -- any products for which you have special ordered or specifically selected custom features, colors, trims, embroidery or otherwise that is other than the standard product offered in stock in our store.
For all returns, you will not be refunded for any shipping charges paid on your order. You are also responsible for any shipping charges incurred in shipping the products back to us.
Free Shipping Offer & Returns
Discounts are not applicable with returned merchandise; the total discount will be deducted from the value of any returned item to which the discount applied. Hence, if your order was over $100 and you received a free shipping discount, and your return takes your order subtotal under $100, the free shipping discount is no longer applicable. The discounted amount will be subtracted from your refund. Alternatively, if the value of the items you keep is still over $100, the free shipping discount is still applicable and you are eligible for a refund for the full amount of the returned items.
