Returns
At netEquestrian, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We guarantee and accept returns on all non-custom merchandise purchased from our store as long as the product is in its original condition with tags and packaging. Returns received within 60 days are eligible for a full refund. Returns received within 120 days are eligible for credit.
When returning items, proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt, the order confirmation email or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. If no proof of purchase is available, we refund the current price being charged for items returned to us.
All returns should be sent to us at the address below. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct.

Custom Products:
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on custom products if what was chosen and ordered was delivered. This includes any custom blankets, trunks, bridle racks, saddle racks, bags, etc -- any products for which you have special ordered or specifically selected custom features, colors, trims, embroidery or otherwise that is other than the standard product offered in stock in our store.
Shipping Refund:
For all returns, you will not be refunded for shipping charges paid on your original order since the order was shipped to you. If your order was over $100 and you received free shipping, and your return takes your order under $100, the appropriate amount of shipping for your original order total will be subtracted from the refunded amount.
Processing Time:
Once we receive your return, your return will be processed within 30 days.
Horse and Stallion Classified Ads
A full refund may be requested within 24 hours of submitting a classified ad. This includes fees paid for photos, videos, digitizing services, and premium placement requests. The full amount paid may be refunded on request during this period, less transaction fees incurred by netEquestrian in processing the original payment, and in processing the refund transaction.
After 24 hours of submitting a classified ad or request for premium placement, no refund will be available.
