Shipping Information

Shipping Rates
netEquestrian uses USPS and UPS to ship all orders. Most orders ship within 24 hrs of submitting your order. See below for expedited shipping, special shipping, or shipping outside the mainland US.

Standard Shipping within the Contiguous US
Most netEquestrian orders are shipped within 24 hrs of placing the order on the Internet. In an effort to deliver your order as soon as possible, we ship both via USPS and UPS. The delivery time for USPS Priority Mail is usually 2-3 days to most locations in the US. UPS delivery times depend on how far you are from netEquestrian. Here is a map to show you how many days UPS takes to deliver most packages to your area.

Deliveries to some locations may take longer (depending on USPS and UPS delivery capability).

We are happy to ship to PO Boxes. However, deliveries to PO Boxes may incur extra charges.

Deliveries cannot be made on Sundays or holidays. If you require Saturday delivery, please call in your order and a Customer Service Representative will assist you.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited orders ship Monday through Friday only. Deliveries cannot be made on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Orders must arrive before 1:00 PM EST. Express service ships UPS 3-day Select or USPS Priority Mail. Rush service ships either USPS Express Mail, UPS Air Saver (overnight) or UPS 2-day Air. If you need to guarantee overnight delivery, call us at (888) 65-HORSE to place your order. Actual shipping charges apply and we will provide a custom freight quote by phone. We're happy to do everything we can to help your order arrive on time.

Expedited Shipping on Custom Orders
Selecting "Rush" or "Express" Service on custom orders does not speed up the time which the custom item is produced. It only refers to the method which the item ships when it is complete. Additionally, due to the size of some custom orders (tack trunks, etc.), Express or Rush is not always possible, in which case, we will credit you for any rush shipping paid.

Shipments to Canada
For shipments to Canada, an additional surcharge of $15 will be added to regular shipping and handling charges. Expect 2 weeks for delivery. Occasionally, due to size or weight, orders may incur additional shipping fees over what is paid online. If this is the case, a customer representative will contact you prior to shipping your order.

Shipments to AK & HI
All orders to Hawaii and Alaska are sent via USPS Priority Mail. To cover costs of handling and higher shipping rates, add $9.95 to regular shipping fees. Occasionally, due to size or weight, orders may incur additional shipping fees over what is paid online. If this is the case, a customer representative will contact you prior to shipping your order.

Foreign Shipments
All foreign shipments are mailed either by UPS or via USPS Economy Surface or USPS Airmail Parcel Post. For all foreign shipments (outside the US and Canada), add $30 to your order total. Expect 2 weeks for delivery. Occasionally, due to size or weight, orders may incur additional shipping fees over what is paid online. If this is the case, a customer representative will contact you prior to shipping your order.

Special Shipping - Heavy Products
Heavier or larger products may incur additional shipping charges due to their excessive weight or size. Expedited shipping of products may also incur additional shipping charges.
