For warranty returns, please follow the same instructions as normal returns. How to Return Products
If something we sold to you fails under normal use, we will work with the manufacturer to obtain warranty coverage. Because each manufacturer has a different policy, this will vary from product to product. Please contact us if you need our help to obtain manufacturer warranty coverage. In most cases, shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We are not liable for any personal or property damage caused by the use or misuse of any product or service we manufacture or sell. This exclusion applies, but is not limited to, the following items: 1. Incidental and consequential damages, property damage or personal injury damages, 2. Labor, transportation or other incidental or consequential charges, 3. Storage or rental-car charges. Further, each of the following is excluded from this Warranty Agreement: A. Parts altered, modified, or used in unintended applications. B. Damage from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs or maintenance (including consequential damage). C. Labor, including diagnostic charges to determine failure and to remove or replace warranted parts. D. Normal wear and tear.
