First and foremost, Congratulations on your win!! You did well and it shows! You're probably holding one or more gift certificates in your hand... so get ready to celebrate and go shopping!

How do I redeem my gift certificate?

Your gift certificate has a unique code printed on it that can be entered at the time of checkout. Once the code is entered on the payment screen, press "update" and you will see the amount of the certificate deducted from your order total.

Are the certificates good on everything on the website?

Yes, your certificate is good on everything on the website and in our new store opening in August. If we have it, you can buy it!

Can I use more than one certificate on my order?

Because the gift certificates have all been donated to horse show managers, there is a limitation to how many can be used at a time. You may use up to $20 in gift certificates for every $100 of merchandise purchased. For example, if your order is $100 or less, you can use up to $20 in gift certificates (one $20, or two $10's, plus you get free shipping if the order is over $100!). If your order is over $200, you can use $40 in gift certificate value (four $10's or two $20's, etc), over $300, you can use $60.

IMPORTANT: If you are trying to use more than one certificate for your order, please call us to place your order. The toll-free number is 888-65-HORSE (888-654-6773). Our website's online checkout system only allows ONE gift certificate code per transaction. However, our sales representatives are able to combine certificates on a single transaction when you call 888-65-HORSE. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause but your patience and kindness is greatly appreciated.

When do they expire?

The expiration date is listed on your certificate. Please reference the fine print on your certificate for details.

Do I still receive free shipping on orders over $100 if I use certificates?

Yes, you do! If your order would otherwise qualify for free shipping (ie, it's not oversized or expedited), your discounted order will also qualify.
