Kulus (KooLoose) is an 9 year old Gray w/black points(16HH at withers) Anglo/Arab Mare, w/papers. She is finished, and is barefoot, healthy & sound. I got her November 2012 unaware that she could not sit and expect the ride to go well.. she didn't do much, but she was supposed to be a confidence builder for me, as I had lost my confidence during a clinic where I was thrown off a different horse. I have been riding her as regularity as life allows, And have figured out how to be successful with her but she is too smart for my level of confidence and has figured me out. I just want a horse I can jump on and ride.. not have to do 30-60 minutes of ground work first if she hasn't been ridden in a few days. The gal that had her before me rode her probably 3-5 days a week for 2 years, so other than training at the beginning, she was great for her. She can fly! she has a good stop, she is sensitive, moves off the leg nicely, sidepasses, has worked with cattle in the past, her previous owner was doing cross country and jumping and said that the horse preferred English to western. I don't ride English, so I don't know. She is awesome on the trail, and traffic of any kind has had no negative effects on her as long as I have ridden her.
