It is our goal here at www.netequestrian.com to ship your order as soon as possible. All orders are shipped within one business day of payment unless otherwise stated. Certain items are subject to additional processing times. Please refer to the specific product for individual processing times.
Orders are shipped during regular business hours. You will receive your tracking number in a confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped. You can track the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.
Shipping charges are determined by a number of factors: weight, size, distance, and speed. There is no need to contact us to find out the shipping charges! To preview your shipping charges, simply add one or more items into your shopping cart and use the shipping calculator. Simply choose your country and enter your zip code. This will display all available shipping options and costs before you make your final decision to purchase.
- USPS Priority Mail
Items will almost always arrive within 2-3 business days, but transit time is not guaranteed by USPS. PLEASE NOTE: The tracking data for Priority Mail is only updated when the item is shipped and when it is received. If your tracking number says "Electronic Notification Received", then that means your item is packaged and is in the care of the USPS (or will be within three hours). Once your order leaves our shipping office, we are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.
- FedEx Ground
Use this method for cost savings on larger shipments, better tracking, and included insurance up to $100. FedEx Ground arrives in 1-4 business days. Insurance up to $100 is included in the price - insurance claims are the buyers responsibility. FedEx Ground is available to the continental United States only. Orders shipped with FedEx Ground may or may not be delivered on a Saturday - it depends on if your package is being shipped to an address that FedEx thinks is residential and when they figure it out. Once your order leaves our shipping office, we are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.
- FedEx Standard Overnight
Use this method if you need your items NOW. Standard Overnight is guaranteed to arrive the next business day or FedEx will issue a refund for the cost of shipping. Please note that "overnight" means it will arrive the next business day after we ship it, not the next business day after you place your order. So if you place an order Monday at 9 PM, it will arrive sometime on Wednesday. Insurance up to $100 is included in the price - insurance claims are the buyers responsibility. Please note that FedEx Standard Overnight is not available to 5% of addresses in the continental United States. If we try to ship your order and find that it is not available, we will contact you and offer the option to ship it with USPS Express Mail (overnight to most areas) at the same cost. Once your order leaves our shipping office, we are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.
- USPS First Class Mail
This shipping method is available for select small items weighing up to one pound. USPS First Class Mail arrives in 5-7 business days. Please note that this very economical shipping method does not include any tracking capabilities. Once your order leaves our shipping office, we are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.
- Local Pickup
NetEquestrian, Inc. operates shipping warehouses in Colorado Springs, CO and El Monte, CA. Select items may be available for free pickup at our warehouse. Please note that if Local Pickup is not available as a shipping option on your order, IT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR YOUR ORDER! Most likely, the items on your order ship from our other warehouse.
- USPS First Class or Priority Mail International
In order to provide you with the best shipping rates possible, international orders are always shipped with USPS First Class International for packages under 4 pounds, or USPS Priority Mail International for packages 4 pounds and up. These international shipping methods are NOT trackable and NOT insurable! If you need a trackable or insurable shipping method, please contact us. Insurable/trackable international shipping methods almost always cost three times as much! Once your order leaves our shipping office, we are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise. The estimate on these shipping methods provided by USPS is 6-10 business days, however it can sometimes vary substantially. Shipment times do not include customs processing times which vary by country and is beyond the control of www.netequestrian.com.
